I am selling one house but I have two pianos; both have LX players in
them and I can only keep one.  I will sell the very nice Weber 5" 8"
ex-Duo-Art without the LX player for a very reasonable price, dropping
as the showing date of the house approaches.  I will remove the LX
unless someone wants to pay a reasonable price for it.

The piano has new hammers and strings.  I also have a spare set of bass
strings due to an ordering error.  The piano is well regulated and has
no problems.  The finish was redone several years ago and is quite
