Since many years hobbyists, as well the professional world, have
been using Midiboek, a computer program wherewith a template can be
printed for cardboard books and music rolls.  Originally written in
Quick-Basic for DOS and later fitted for Windows, Windows has evolved
and Midiboek has survived already many versions.

Unfortunately this can not continue forever.  The develop environment
was still from the Windows 98 period and time will tell when Microsoft
will end supporting software which has been made for this environment.
Piet Paardekam has asked me to let Midiboek grow and make it suitable
for the environment developing nowadays.

After several months of hard work I have finished Midiboek in a
contemporary development environment.  To make a distinction between
the old and new version, I have renamed Midiboek into Midiboek10.
