You can use pretty much any strapping that you can find in that
size.  A cheap way is to simply daisy-chain several identical belts.

If you prefer a single strap, then tie-down straps for cargo at
your local automotive store will do.  Otherwise, go to your local
leather-supply store and have them custom-cut you a length.
