A Fabulous Spot for a Mechanical Music Museum
By Gordon Stelter

I wish to thank MMD for posting my message about this appealing
location, as well as links they added regarding the history of mills
in Athens, and the South, in general. (Full of neat stuff I did not
know!)

I do, though, wish to clarify a point made in one of those articles:
It stated that the White Mill is currently part of the University of
Georgia. Yes, that is true, but that refers to only one of the several
mills which Mr. White owned. The mill I am referring to is adjacent
to University property, but currently unused, and is most definitely
in private hands.

Thanks!
Gordon Lee Stelter
