Testing Standard Pneumatic Secondary Valves

I find that the best way to test a double-valve Standard or
Autopiano stack is to do it with the primary valves connected.
The pneumatics and deck boards are not attached while checking
the valves.
I think the main reason your pneumatics are a bit sluggish or
"leisurely" is because when secondary valves are checked without
the primaries attached there is no bleed.
