Piano Roll Label Maker Program by Jon Miller

Would it be possible to update the Roll Label Maker software to
a modern operating system if the rights could be obtained from Jon
Miller's estate?  It is such a valuable resource to the hobby it
would be a shame to see all his hard work go to waste.
