Where To Use PVC-E Glue
By Don Teach

Several restorers were sitting around discussing PVC-E glue one
night with the consensus being that we should only cover pneumatics
with nylon cloth that were easy to make new.

Pneumatics such as Simplex or Coinola should be covered in cotton
cloth with hot hide glue since few shops are equipped to make these.
None of us have found a great way to remove the PVC-E .
