"When All The Saints Come Marching In" Piano Roll
By Mike Walter

Hi Robbie, I hope you are able to find an original "Blue Bird Ballad"
version of "When all the saints come marchin' in". J. Lawrence Cook
was asked to "update" many titles in the QRS catalog during his tenure
at QRS. The artist's name was removed from the box label, but, in
many cases, the current artist's "autograph" was rubber stamped onto
the roll leader. Not much consolation to the seeker of an older
version of a popular tune.

I believe that if you search for and find a "Blue Bird Ballad" version
of "The Saints", you will actually find an original copy of the roll
as it appeared in 1926.

Happy hunting!
