I enjoy MMD when I can catch up to review the issues -- keep them
coming!

There are a multitude of YouTube videos featuring mechanical music.
To increase readership perhaps it would be helpful if a short notice
were posted in the description below the video along the lines of:

  Curious about this instrument or mechanical music in general?
  Check out http://www.mmdigest.com/  You will find wanted and for sale
  notices, articles by experts on every topic including especially
  restoration and repair, and all of the many interesting dimensions of
  mechanical music.  The site has indicies to assist in locating just
  what you are wanting to learn.

It would take minimal time and effort to edit the posts to include such
a notice and could, over time, generate tremendous volume for MMD when
one considers the number of "views" some videos garner.  It is free
advertising for everyone involved, but especially MMD.

Also,  MMD could contact the people posting the videos by email
informing them of the opportunity to have their video noticed by MMD
subscribers.
