Seek Tempo Plate For 1915 Kimball Player Piano

A customer/friend has this formerly very nice Kimball player (about
1915, I think) that suffered some indiscretions by guests in his home
(see picture).  I am looking for an undamaged one to replace it.  It is
mounted to a tapered wood block at the center bottom of the roll box.

He's really upset about this -- enough so that he's threatened to give
me the piano if I can't find a replacement plate!  I don't need another
piano -- Help!
