Seek Welte-Mignon Y-75564, "Just Friends"

I have been seeking, for quite some time, Welte-Mignon roll number
Y-75564, "Just Friends," played by Phil Ohman.  The roll in question
is featured in the below video; a shot of the roll title is shown at
time 2:55.
