Ragtime Arrangements For 31-note Street Organs
By Terry Bender

Has anyone arranged ragtime tunes for a 31-note organ? I have
numerous arrangements from Harald Mueller in Germany for a 20-note
organ ("Maple Leaf Rag", "Weeping Willow", "The Strenuous Life",
"The Favorite", "The Chrysanthemum", etc.) but have not found any
arrangement, other than "The Entertainer", for a 31-note organ.

I can only play these arrangements on my 20-note Mini, but I believe
they would sound much better on a larger Raffin (20/67 or 20/78).
Does anyone living within a three hour drive of Washington, D.C.,
have a larger Raffin or other larger 20-note organ on which I could
try out the arrangements I have?

Thanks,

Terry Bender
