For many years John Omiatek was the main tech-support guy for QRS.
John had been very helpful to me over the years.  I called QRS recently
to ask for help on a Universal Player Piano system.  They told me John
doesn't work there anymore and that they no longer support Universal
players.

The tech-support person gave me John's personal number and said he was
still helping people with the Universals.  When I got John on the phone
he told me that he and several others had been recently let go by QRS.

John repairs the circuit boards on the Universals and I believe he also
repairs QRS Pianomation components.  If you have any work for him give
