Organ Grinder in 1830s Currier & Ives Print

I came across a mechanical music piece called "Sickness and Health"
while indexing some Currier & Ives prints today.  The organ in the
print appears to have marionettes.  This print dates to approximately
1835, so is this a very early organ?
