I'm so glad to hear that the new Bowers' book is done and on its way
[170405 MMD]!  I'll be selling the book for $85 plus postage.  (I'll
figure that out when it gets here and I can weigh it).  It's supposed
to be just about the size of the original "Encyclopedia" by Bowers
(that weighed about five pounds!), so I'm sure that USPS Media Mail
would be the best and cheapest mailing option for people in the U.S.
