FS: Player Organ & Piano Rolls
By David Evans

We have been cataloguing our music roll collection and now have
over 2000 entries on our database, far more than we can ever play!
They are listed by roll maker & brand, roll number, scale (58-,
65-, 73-, 88-note, etc.), title, composer, artist, where, hand-played
and location in our system. Does anyone need anything? We are not
parting with O, A rolls, etc., for obvious reasons.

Most of the rolls are for pianos and organs. For example, we have
a number of both original and QRS Ampico rolls, just three Schiedmayer
Scheola rolls, quite a few for Cecilian, Harper Electric, a couple of
Hupfeld Triphonola rolls, a huge number of regular player rolls, etc.

If you need a title, or "QRS No. 1234", or anything by Scriabine, a
selection of 65-note rolls, something played by Wilhelm Backhaus, etc.,
we can interrogate the database and find what there is. You can ask
'What Nocturnes do you have,' 'Have you anything composed by Schytte,'
(really! Yes, we do!), et cetera. If you need anything, please let me
know; we need to reduce the inventory!

Thanks,

David Evans - on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada
