Seek Flange For 1-1/8" Ampico Tubing

I have had a fitting for my Ampico rebuild go missing.  Please check
your spare parts to see if you might have one.  It is for 1-1/8 tubing
with a 1-3/4 square base with 4 holes.  Length is 1-5/8 or larger.
Can you help?
