Repairing Bellows With Spray Coating

I presume that "Flex-Seal" is being discussed here.  It comes in a
paint-on version, along with the spray.  (I recently saw both versions
at "Lowe's".  I'd recommend trying painting some on the outside of
bellows (not spraying into their insides, where it would glue down flap
valves), and then maybe applying talc, if it stays sticky, even after
"curing".
