Mills Violano Maintenance
By Greg Coen

Hello, Thanks to all who have emailed and sent replies to my post
about Violano repair [161123 MMDigest]. After some great suggestions,
yesterday I was able to fix the sticking, clicking arm. The felt at
the tail end wasn't covering all of the metal so it was sticking to
the magnet and also clacking because of the metal-on-metal contact.

I removed the felt and glued it on so that the metal was all covered
and now it works great. I played it more last night than I have in
a long time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks again for all the help.
This is a great group.

Hope you all have a good holiday season!

Greg Coen
