PianoLodeon Repair
By Ray Fairfield

One more thought on repairing your PianoLodeon. The motors are very
small and drive a large diameter impeller, and the lubrication has
undoubtedly dried up on these motors. Both of my units had this
problem.

Use a spray lube or light machine oil (but not WD-40) and try to work
it into all the bearings. The solvents in WD-40 will evaporate leaving
a sticky grease residue. Even after this lubrication, the motors take
several seconds to come up to speed after switching them on.
