MIDI File Player Program for Laptop Computer

In response to Jerry Vitale asking about MIDI over Bluetooth [161117
MMDigest], I recommend _not_ trying to do this.  Bluetooth transmission
is not reliable enough to support MIDI transmission.  Use a wire
connection.
