PianoLodeon Restoration
By Scotty Greene

Karen Mathis asked about restoring a Piano Lodeon [161115 MMDigest].
DeBence Museum has two, and I have worked on both of them, but I have
to say they were not designed for repair. Being mostly plastic (and
not very high quality plastic, at that) there was no provision made
for easy or even possible repair.

I did get one playing again but aside from being cute, they do not
sound very enchanting, so there is some question whether the trouble
is worth the result.
