Hi Dave,  Thanks for highlighting many of the Craigslist pianos that
I have shared with Robbie and Jody on MMD recently.  I know that I spend
way too much time on Craigslist but your nice comments about the pianos
that I share make my day.  If we as collectors can save some of these
great instruments from going to the dump, I feel that I have accomplished
something.

The nice "Ampico baby grand player piano" in Camarillo, California, is
probably a 5-foot "Symphonique".  I emailed the owner and she said that
the piano is being stored for her by a friend.  She was not sure of the
maker.  It had belonged to her grandparents.  She was so pleased that
MMD was spreading the word about this piano, as no one had contacted
her about purchasing it.  She was literally thinking of junking it soon
as she has to move, player piano sold or not.  Let's save this one.
