Suggested Piano Roll Tempo
By Tom Sendall

Hello -- Something that I've wondered about when playing a piano roll
is the suggested roll speed printed on it. I have found practically
all the rolls I play sound just fine in the area of the number 70,
some a bit higher, some lower.

But then I come across rolls with suggested speeds of 85 and higher.
I have one around here with 110 printed on it. None of them sound
good at those speeds. Are these extraordinary numbers just mistakes
of printing?
