Hello -- I have been a MMD follower for years and this is my first
post.  I have a German Anniversary Clock likely made in the 1960s
by Schmid.  It features two Dresden-type ballerina figures and is
supposed to play one of two tunes on a cylinder music box on the
hour and half-hour.

I was able to have this working when I first acquired it years ago
but it rarely ran properly and eventually ceased running for any
length of time.  I've had a clock shop and watch shop look at this
but neither had the experience or knowledge to properly evaluate it.
I'm wondering if anyone has experience in repair of these clocks.

It's a lovely piece and I would love to have it running.  If anyone
can assist I'd be happy to talk with them about it.  I can also send
photos if requested.  Thanks!
