For sale: 1927 Mason and Hamlin 9-foot concert grand Ampico.  The
first of three made by Mason and Hamlin, this piano was originally
used in comparison concerts in England.  The Ampico mechanism is an
enhanced version of the regular model A and was designed to provide
an extended dynamic range using standard model A rolls.

Both the Ampico and the piano were restored by the "Concert Ampico"
authority, Bob Taylor, in 2006.  The piano has its original ebony
finish.  $90,000 or best offer.
