outside of the USA will be charged $50.00 handling cost plus the cost
of the roll.  MIDI files will be sold for $10.00 each.

Note: The price of any brand-new arranged music on paper rolls from now
own will be $90.00 plus free shipping.  This is because of the cost of
time making the master roll to punch out for copies and to pay the
music arranger for his time.  And for the cost of paper and roll boxes
that we need to order.  The black roll boxes are so costly and you have
to order 1,000 of them before the box company will work with you.  So
I think we are going to start getting the one-piece box and it will be
the brown color box like the ones that Play-Rite used to use.  It's the
only way to keep the price down, by going that route.
