Easiest vs. Hard to Rebuild Player Actions

Luke Myers wrote about the easiest and hardest players to rebuild, and
asked others to add to his list.  I will add that the Baldwin action
is very easy to rebuild, and is a good design in my opinion.  I am not
sure where the Baldwin fits in his list, but if I were to hazard a
guess, it would be near the Standard in quality and ease of rebuilding.
