Art Glass in Mechanical Music Instruments

Having grown up visiting the home of my grandmother, who was
a "Victorian Lady" in the true sense of the word, I'll opine that
it was the accepted "upper-class" decor of the era. Her home had
many examples in windows, and she also had many examples of decorative
glass ornaments of many colours, and several musical boxes and even
a Steinway (non-player) grand piano with a glass-decorated music rack.
