Hi All, I'm working every day to get new parts made for player
pianos, but I could use some help. More than anything else, what
I need are machinists who are willing to make the parts. Every
time I get an old part in my hands, I create a CAD file of the
part. That way, there's an accurate record of the dimensions.
When dealing with cast parts, I take all of the pertinent
measurements and create 'machined' drawings (files) of the part.
I don't know how useful they would be if the parts had to be cast,
but at least the information is preserved.
So, if you're a machinist or know of a machinist who might be
interested in making parts for player pianos, please contact me:
