Beatrice is 'right on' with the fact that hidden drum and bell
boxes are both earlier and more scarce than the 'bells in view' boxes.
A clear shot of the tune card might help; if you had a good shot of the
right side of the governor (showing the detent that stops the fan from
spinning) that would be a giveaway for one manufacturer.
An educated guess, based on just as we see it in the video, is that it
was made by L'Epee or Jerome-Thibouville-Lamy. L'Epee and Lamy used
the elongated plain tune cards in their earlier boxes as opposed to the
wider, fancier cards of their competitors.
