Hi All, I'm basically writing to dispel any notion that I'm a fan
of digital players. While the technology continues to improve and
the library of decent music continues to grow, my passion has been,
and still is, the roll-operated pneumatic player piano.
That said, I also think it's fair to give 'props' where they're due.
I recently saw a video of a robotic player that is truly fascinating.
No doubt it's way out of my price range, but if it had a screen that
scrolled the words of the song as the piano was being played, that
would be pretty cool. See

However, until I hit the lottery (which I don't play) or inherit a lot
of money (not likely in my lifetime), I continue playing and enjoying
my 1920s player pianos.
