Seek Polyphon 24.5" 104A Motor Replacement

Greetings.  I am in search of a replacement motor for a Polyphon disc
music box.  My understanding had been that the maximum size it plays
is 25" or 26", but preliminary research suggests that the maximum size
disc is 24.5".  I am also led to believe that the required replacement
motor is a 104A.  Any advice, assistance, or corrections you might be
able to offer would be appreciated.
