International Shipping of Band Organ Rolls

I am looking for a more cost-effective way to ship band organ
rolls overseas.  I have been using United States Postal Service
(USPS) and the last multi-tune roll cost me over $45 at the counter.

If anyone knows a better way please share your suggestions with me
and the group.
