Restored Ampico Upright Plays "The Ice Skaters"
By John A. Tuttle

Hi All, Some of you might remember the story, "How Elmer's Glue
Got Its Name," that Craig Brougher wrote back in early November
2014 (MMDigest 141106) about the Marshall & Wendell Ampico
upright that had been butchered by its previous owner. See
http://www.player-care.com/cb/elmers.pdf

Well, just the other day, the new owner posted a YouTube video
of the piano performing Ampico 66573-F "The Ice Skaters" Fox Trot
played by Adam Carroll. I bring this to your attention because
this is how a reproducing player is supposed to sound when it's
properly restored. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGXZdY0-h18

Musically,
John A Tuttle
