Motor Mount in Early Duo-Art Upright Piano
By John Haskey

Hello! I'm working on an upright piano with Duo-Art reproducing
action. The motor appears to have originally hung from leather straps
but in this piano it's simply resting on the bottom board of the case!

It's an Electric Specialty Co. Type B112 1/8 hp 1150 RPM motor with
a 1-5/8" O.D. double pulley on the shaft. The motor pulley is to the
right of the pump, viewed when facing the piano. The motor shaft is
parallel to the sound board. The pump pulley is 12" diameter.

If anyone has a similar setup I'd welcome pictures of a detailed
description. Thanks!

John Haskey
