Lubricating an Electric Player Piano Motor

Whatever you do when you choose to oil any sort of electric motor,
be choosy about the oil you use!  For lubricating sewing machines,
juke box motors and shafts and bearings, small electric appliance
motors, you want an oil that will not "gum up", and this _explicitly_
includes the common "3-in-One Household Oil" that comes in the red
and white can. [ I think Harvey meant "do not use" the oil
in the red-and-white can...  --Jody ]

If you choose to use "3-In-One" [brand of] oil, use the product that
comes in a _blue and white_ can marked "Electric Motor Oil", which is
not supposed to gum up.  Alternatively, you could probably use SAE 20
weight _non-detergent_ motor oil.
