I have a copy of a LP that matches this description. It's not only
a pretty LP but nice music too. I don't recall a catalog, though, so
maybe I never got it or lost it. I bought the LP many years ago from
The Organ Historical Society. It was associated with a 1980's organ
festival in Germany, Drehorgel-Festival Hannover.
The record jacket indicates there are 15 LPs in this series, and the
tunes on each. Mine is Serie 15, with 7 Gavioli tunes on A-side and
22 Arthur Bursens Orgel tunes on B-side. I don't read German but I
think this text is about the company producing the album:
Herstellung und Vertrieb: Fernsehhmeister Schuhknecht,
Friesenstrasse 54, D-3000 Hannover 1, Telefon 05 11(slash)31 6011
Brian Shaw
[ The festival and LP record producer was Peter G. Schuhknecht who,
[ at the time, was the owner of a chain of successful TV & HiFi stores
[ in the Hannover region. He now resides in Bavaria. -- Robbie
