Seek Adler Fortuna 66.5 cm Discs to Copy
By Kevin McElhone
I mentioned a few months ago that I was trying to find owners of
machines and titles of discs for the Adler / Fortuna 26-1/4 inch
or 66.5 cm disc musical box with reed organ, triangle and drum.
So far six machines have been found but four of them have no discs
or only one disc -- which is amazing!
I am trying to put together a copying project via Renaissance Discs
here in the UK but I would really need a few more people to lend their
discs to make this worth while. So far, Renaissance have three discs
on their computer system and I am adding nine more to that number.
Would anyone else be willing to lend some discs? You could also buy
copies of any of those lent. So far, the list is as below. I would
very much like to know more titles, especially if anyone has an
original catalogue or tune list.
