My dad and I are still working along on my 1926 Chickering Ampico grand
(a late 'A'), and are in need of three to five of the Bakelite seats
that go in the unit block valves.  I know that when Mr. Streicher was
alive he used to make aluminum replacements for these seats, and that
would work if anyone has access to them, but we'd really love to find
a few originals that we could install.  Please send me a note if you
have any.

Also, we need one of the flanges used with the damper rail lift (I think
there are three in all).  I have a photo and can email it to you if you
need to see what I'm referring to.

At almost 80, my dad is having the time of his life on this project,
and we are very close to completing the stack and expression mechanisms.
Then we can start the rest!
