The music box trade mark Ken Robinson asks about and describes in the
140919 MMDigest probably belongs to Paillard, Vaucher, Fils, although
the PVF trademark shown in the revised edition (by H.A.V. Bulleid) of
the trademark list compiled by Arthur W.J.G Ord-Hume and originally
published in the Musical Box Society of Great Britain's "The Music Box"
in 1987 shows another configuration of the three letters PVF.

P.S. I am trying to get in contact with the man (I've forgotten
his name) who used to run the carousel at Roseland Park, Canandaigua,
New York (PTC #18, now turning in Syracuse, N.Y., at the shopping
mall), that was co-owned by William Muar and George W. Long and later
by the Boyce family.
