Apropos of the recent inquiries as to the status of Keystone Music
Roll Company, I placed an order for Ampico Rolls over two months ago
and as of this writing I have not received anything. I spoke with the
owner, Richard Groman, twice regarding the status of the order and both
times he assured me the order would ship the following week. When the
rolls failed to arrive again last week, I called and left a request for
a refund on the answering machine. I called again just before writing
this note and, again, the call went to voicemail. No rolls, no refund,
no return call.
