Raffin vs. Hofbauer 20-note Organ Roll
By Wallace Venable

Brian Thornton said: "I am looking to get a loan of... a roll for the
20-note Hofbauer organ. ... I need a Hofbauer roll to calibrate the
perforator."

A Hofbauer 20-note roll is identical to a Raffin, or any other 110 mm
wide 20-note roll. The Hofbauer spools, however, is different. It has
a male hexagon on both ends while almost all others have a round peg
on one end and a female hex on the other.
