Seek Threaded Nipple Inserts for Welte Licensee

Does anyone have any replacement threaded nipple inserts for the Welte
Licensee that mount in the sliding note/expression transposing bar that
sits on top of the spool box?  They are too small for standard 3/16"
tubing and too large for 5/32" tubing.
