I have just purchased the roll punch from Dick Hack for recutting
Regina Sublima rolls.  We are still working on getting things up and
running but hope to be punching rolls soon.  The rolls have to be
manually punched one hole at a time so it is a very slow and labor
intensive process.  It will be a slow process turning out rolls, but
if you send me your contact information I will let you know as I have
recut Sublima rolls available for sale.
