Photos of Stroud Duo-Art Pedal Lyre
By Gordon Stelter

Dear List, I was very deeply moved, and surprised, by the many, many
responses I got regarding my quest to see an appropriate lyre for a
mere, 1934 Stroud Duo-Art [140319 MMDigest].

Though none of the photos sent were for a piano quite like this one --
which seems to have been cobbled together at the factory from odds and
ends; it even has a "5 point" air motor that looks like it's from a
Simplex, and no trapwork for a middle pedal at all! -- the outpouring
of assistance is greatly appreciated (particularly in this day and age,
when apathy, rudeness and selfishness seem the norm).

Thanks again to all!

Gordon Stelter
