Instrument Moving Advice
By Ray Bauer

These moving stories abound over the last 40 years of my collecting
history. As suggested, purchase additional insurance. My company,
USAA, provides an all risk Personal Affects Floater (PAF). They
require an appraisal from a professional restorer to set the value.

There are movers who specialize with our type of instruments. I can
highly recommend John Wrasse, now in Westcliff, Colorado. He recently
transported my restored Reproduco theater piano-organ from Tennessee
to Lake Tahoe, Calif., _and_ spent two days helping me assemble it.
