Transcribing Piano Roll to Machine Control File
By Peter Eudenbach

Would anyone know how to go about transcribing the pattern from
a player roll to DWG or maybe DXF format file? I am planning to
have a laser cutter replicate the pattern of a piano roll I have
on a sheet of aluminum. The laser cutter is directed by a file that
is normally used for cutting patterns or shapes so this is really a
translation issue, I suppose. Any suggestions would be much
appreciated.
