Thanks to those who responded with information on custom roll box
fabrication.  I've found a good supplier who can replicate the original
look of the Wurlitzer RJ-series roll boxes.

If there is anyone on the list who might be interested in ordering some
at the same time, I'd be happy to share with you.  These boxes have an
interior dimension of 3" x 3" x 13", are a 2-part "setup box" style,
complete with thumb notches and covered in a matte black paper, such as
were the originals.
