Model Number of 15-1/2" Stella Disc Musical Box

I have a Stella 15.5-inch disc music box and I would like some
information on it.  I would like to know, if possible, how to tell if
it's a single or double comb model, and how I can determine the model
number.  The serial number stamped on the left side of the mechanism
is 5.4901.
